Explore what your name could build.
We prepare a written preliminary brief before anyone asks you to take a meeting. It is confidential, non-binding, and specific to the artist in question. You do not need to name your client to start.
What the brief contains
Founder and category fit
An honest read on whether this artist's audience, credibility and personal story support a skincare company, or whether they do not.
Whitespace and positioning
Where the shelf is actually open in the relevant markets, and the positioning we believe is defensible rather than crowded.
Two or three hero-product directions
Specific product territories with a Korean formulation angle, not a generic category pitch. Concrete enough to react to.
Launch-market sequence
Which market goes first and why, with the distribution route and the regulatory path for that market identified.
Ownership questions to resolve
The structural decisions your side will need to make, framed as questions rather than a take-it-or-leave-it term sheet.
The risks, in writing
What could go wrong, what we cannot control, and what we would need from the artist for this to work. Stated plainly.
Preliminary and non-binding. The brief is an assessment, not an offer. It commits neither side to anything, contains no obligation to proceed, and is subject to diligence and definitive documentation. Ownership and economic terms are always reviewed by your own counsel.
Request the brief
Seven fields. If you represent an artist, a confidential descriptor is enough — for example, "global Latin recording artist, name available after NDA."
