Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how StarPower (a division of Atypical Beauty, part of Atypical Global) collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you interact with starpower.atypical.beauty or submit an application through our Apply form.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the Apply form, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Artist or manager name
- Your role (artist, manager, agent, investor, etc.)
- Vision and business context you share in the free-text field
- Investment budget range
- Optional: referral source and timeframe
We also automatically collect standard technical information when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PHR7T6WQ7V) and Cloudflare's infrastructure logs.
2. How we use your information
- To review your application and respond to your inquiry
- To evaluate fit between your project and StarPower's platform
- To schedule follow-up conversations if we choose to proceed
- To understand aggregate site traffic patterns and improve the site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your application content with advertisers.
3. Data storage and transmission
Apply-form submissions are transmitted through a Cloudflare Pages Function endpoint (/api/apply) and delivered to:
- StarPower's business email inbox (via Resend)
- StarPower's internal Telegram notification channel
- A time-limited Cloudflare KV store (retention: 365 days) for internal review continuity
All transmission occurs over encrypted HTTPS. We do not store credit card information, social security numbers, passport numbers, or financial account details. Do not submit sensitive financial or identity information through this form.
4. Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic analysis. Anonymized IP is used by default. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for Apply-form notifications. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — web fonts (Cormorant Garamond, Manrope). Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

6. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
